About the Program

The mentorship operates under two categories:

1. Graduate Engineers
2. Skilled Artisans

Eligibility Criteria

Category 1: Graduate Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)

Applicants must:

• Be Nigerian citizens aged 18–35
• Hold a Degree or HND in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution
• Be unemployed and not in full-time government employment
• Have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption/exclusion certificate
• Be willing to work in Local Government Areas where Ministry projects are ongoing
• Possess basic computer skills (knowledge of engineering software is an advantage)

Category 2: Skilled Artisans (e.g. Mason, Carpenter, Electrician)

Applicants must:

• Be Nigerian citizens aged 18–49
• Possess vocational training, trade test certification, or verifiable hands-on experience
• Be unemployed at the time of application
• Be physically fit for construction and site-based work
• Be willing to undergo additional training and project attachment
