Job Description
Are you a recent engineering graduate or skilled artisan in Nigeria seeking practical experience to launch your career? The President Tinubu Engineering Mentorship Program 2025 offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, on-site training in Nigeria’s infrastructure sector.
This government-backed initiative, sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Works, is designed for Nigerian graduates, artisans, and young professionals eager to build industry-ready skills in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering through real-world projects and expert mentorship.
About the Program
The President Tinubu Engineering Mentorship Program 2025 is a national capacity-building initiative created to equip participants with practical engineering and technical skills through field-based mentorship rather than classroom instruction.
The programme supports Nigeria’s infrastructure development agenda, particularly in the construction and rehabilitation of roads, bridges, and inter-state connectivity projects.

The mentorship operates under two categories:
- Graduate Engineers
- Skilled Artisans
Participants are attached to active Federal Ministry of Works projects across Nigeria, promoting youth empowerment, professional development, and economic growth.
Program Benefits
Successful applicants will gain access to the following benefits:
- Hands-On Field Training: Supervised training on active construction and infrastructure sites
- Professional Mentorship: Direct guidance from experienced engineers and technical experts
- Safety Certification: Safety training and relevant site certifications
