The Lafarge Technical Skills Development Programme is an intensive vocational training initiative designed to equip young Nigerians with practical, industry-relevant technical skills for employment or self-employment.

The 18-month non-residential programme combines classroom learning with hands-on technical training in real industrial environments. Participants receive tuition-free training, exposure to modern industrial processes, and a monthly stipend to support training-related expenses.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution
• Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including:
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • One other relevant subject
• O’Level results must not exceed two sittings
