Job Description
The TAB Brand is seeking a Content, Storytelling & Digital Media Associate to help shape, document, and amplify its brand narrative across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands the power of storytelling, visual media, and audience connection, and who is passionate about leadership, impact, and culture. You will be responsible for capturing real moments, transforming experiences into compelling content, and managing digital platforms with creativity, intention, and consistency.
Role Overview
As the Content, Storytelling & Digital Media Associate, you will play a central role in building authentic digital narratives that reflect the TAB Brand’s values and mission. You will work across content creation, storytelling strategy, and social media engagement to ensure a strong, consistent, and inspiring brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Storytelling & Narrative Development
- Capture and tell authentic stories from journeys, work sessions, events, and initiatives
- Translate experiences into engaging digital formats including posts, short videos, reels, carousels, and captions
- Develop recurring content series such as Journey Moments, Lessons Learned, Behind the Scenes, and Possibility Stories
- Support interviews, documentary-style storytelling, and long-form narrative projects
Content Planning & Management
- Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
- Align all content with core brand themes: Leadership, Transformation, and Impact
- Repurpose content across platforms and formats to maximise reach and engagement
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality short-form video and static content
- Support long-form content including articles, newsletters, and speeches
- Assist with editing and post-production workflows
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage daily posting and audience engagement across social platforms
- Monitor conversations and respond promptly and professionally
- Track performance metrics and recommend content improvements
Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality photo and video content using mobile devices or cameras
- Cover events, meetings, speaking engagements, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Support the production of brand videos, short films, and documentary content
Brand & Campaign Support
- Maintain consistency with the TAB Brand voice—authentic, inspiring, and credible
- Support launches for events, initiatives, publications, and foundation programmes
- Assist with basic analytics and storytelling performance insights
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and storytelling
- Strong writing, narrative development, and communication skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital communities
- Comfortable appearing on camera (mobile phone or DSLR)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
- Graphic design experience using Canva and/or Adobe tools
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, media, or culture
- Good understanding of content trends, audience psychology, and digital storytelling
