We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Managing Director.

Role Overview

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the MD’s office. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Coordinate executive meetings, take accurate minutes, track action items, and follow up for timely execution
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests requiring the MD’s attention
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, executive sessions, and official engagements
  • Support the MD in ensuring effective time management and smooth workflow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard productivity tools
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure
