Alan & Grant is seeking a Studio Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality multimedia content. Role Overview

The Studio Producer will oversee end-to-end studio production, working closely with writers, creatives, and stakeholders to develop engaging content formats. You will manage production workflows, resources, and logistics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all studio outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, pitch, and refine content concepts and production ideas
• Plan and manage production schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate studio productions, including filming, editing, and post-production workflows
• Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and creative teams to deliver compelling content
• Conduct research and interviews to support storytelling and production accuracy
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Oversee studio operations, equipment usage, and production logistics
• Manage filming setups, crew coordination, and on-site production requirements
• Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure smooth studio operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Film, or a related field
• 2–5 years experience in studio production, media production, or a related role
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and storytelling abilities
• Hands-on experience with multimedia production tools and software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output
