About the Graduate Trainee Programme

The DCSL Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 is designed to identify and develop high-potential graduates who are eager to build careers in corporate services, governance, and professional consulting.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline from a Nigerian university or an equivalent qualification from a recognized foreign university
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
• Must be not more than 26 years old at the time of application
• Law graduates must possess at least a Second Class Upper from the Nigerian Law School
