Job Overview

The Management Trainee Programme is a structured development initiative designed to groom high-potential graduates into future leaders within the organization. Successful candidates will gain practical, hands-on experience across core business functions while building strong professional and leadership skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive rotational training programme across key departments
• Gain exposure to sales & marketing, operations, supply chain, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and business development
• Support daily operational activities and departmental projects
• Assist with business analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
• Learn industry regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical best practices
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
