Anuttacon is an independent AI research lab building emotionally aware, multimodal artificial intelligence for immersive virtual worlds. Our mission is to create AI systems that collaborate naturally with humans—enhancing creativity, storytelling, and interactive experiences.

We’re currently hiring AI Trainers to help refine and guide next-generation AI models, especially in the areas of gaming, narrative design, and human-centered interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Annotate and review game-related content including dialogue, quests, and character interactions
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs using internal tools to improve quality and accuracy
• Provide feedback on storytelling, character development, world-building, and player experience
• Work remotely with AI researchers and product teams to refine training data
• Follow detailed annotation guidelines and adapt quickly to evolving workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent English proficiency
• Strong attention to detail with clear written communication
• Ability to learn new tools and processes efficiently
• Genuine interest in AI, gaming, and interactive storytelling
• Reliable, self-directed work ethic in a remote environment

You’re a Great Fit If You Have Experience In

• Writing, storytelling, or creative content development
• Game design or narrative-driven games
• Psychology, philosophy, or human-centered disciplines
• AI data annotation, AI training, or research-related roles
• STEM fields that require structured and analytical thinking
