1. Graduate Trainee – Logistics Officer

Job Description

The Logistics Officer Trainee will undergo structured training in logistics and supply chain operations, gaining practical exposure to inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods
• Assist in supervising loading and offloading of materials and finished products
• Track and coordinate shipments with transporters and drivers
• Support inventory checks, stock reconciliation, and warehouse organization
• Assist in preparing import and export documentation
• Follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals
• Participate in monthly reconciliations with finance and other departments
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the supply chain

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Nigerian institution
• 0–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Team player with ability to follow instructions

2. Graduate Trainee – Technical Sales Representative

Job Description

Reporting to the General or Regional Manager, the Technical Sales Representative will support pre-sales consultations, coordinate on-farm product demonstrations, and assist farmers in adopting Candel’s agricultural solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, or Agricultural Economics
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division
• Not more than 30 years old
• Willingness to live and travel across Nigeria
• Fluency in English and at least one major Nigerian language
• One year of relevant experience is an added advantage
• Vacancies available in the Northern and South-Eastern regions

3. Graduate Trainee – Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer Trainee will receive hands-on training across the production cycle, including research, design, manufacturing, installation, and evaluation, reporting directly to the Factory Manager.

Job Description

This role focuses on supervising and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of agrochemical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
• Monitor staff performance and enforce SOP compliance
• Ensure machines and equipment operate efficiently
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, planning, and logistics teams
• Enforce safety and hygiene standards on the production floor
• Train and upskill production staff
• Track production metrics and prepare reports
• Manage raw material inventory and liaise with procurement teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agric Engineering or Production Engineering
