Program Overview

The 2026 ECEWS Finance Internship Program offers an opportunity for young finance professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic development organization. Successful candidates will work with skilled finance teams and contribute to real-world financial operations and analysis.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A First-Class or Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Genuine interest in financial management, analysis, and innovation
