FSDH Holding Company Limited is a non-operating holding company dedicated to advancing innovative and reliable financial services in Nigeria. The Group comprises four subsidiaries: FSDH Asset Management, FSDH Capital, FSDH Merchant Bank, and Pensions Alliance Limited (PAL).

We are pleased to invite applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the 2026 Graduate Analyst Programme.

Programme Overview

The Graduate Analyst Programme is a one-year structured development initiative designed to equip high-potential graduates with the technical expertise, professional competencies, and industry exposure required to build a successful career within the financial services sector.

Participants will be immersed in hands-on learning, rotational assignments, and capacity-building experiences across the FSDH Group.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Sciences, or Information Technology
• A minimum grade of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized institution
• Completion of the NYSC programme
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry
• Proven creativity, initiative, and a record of personal or academic achievement
