Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and well–organized Admin/Office Assistant to support day–to–day administrative functions. The successful candidate will oversee documentation, record management, office supplies, facility coordination, and general operational support. This role plays a critical part in assisting staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless office activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, utilities, and work tools.
• Manage and monitor office supplies including diesel, water, consumables, stationery, electronics, and furniture.
• Support internal meetings and sessions by scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes when required.
• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors and incoming calls—providing courteous reception and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Ensure staff have required tools to perform their duties and that these tools are properly maintained.
• Schedule routine servicing and maintenance for office equipment and utilities.
• Handle documentation and safekeeping of corporate records, invoices, contracts, and other important documents.
• Assist procurement processes by sourcing quotations, preparing purchase requests, and maintaining procurement documentation.

Requirements
• Minimum of a National Diploma (ND).
• 2–4 years relevant experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in clerical, organisational, and documentation abilities.
• Age bracket: 23–27 years.
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Keen attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask effectively.

Salary Range
₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
