Program Overview

What You Will Do
As a Management Trainee, you will:
• Shadow experienced staff to understand departmental processes and business objectives.
• Participate in company-wide planning and strategy sessions.
• Support daily business operations and complete assigned tasks.
• Attend workshops, meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Document observations and collaborate closely with supervisors and senior managers.
• Learn corporate policies, operational systems, and performance standards.
• Track learning milestones and work towards defined program goals.
• Assist with records, reporting, and documentation activities.
• Study conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Travel to other office locations to support ongoing operations when required.

Qualifications & Skills
• A degree in Management or Business is an added advantage.
• Experience in related fields such as Sales or Customer Service is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
