Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and confident Front Desk Officer to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping us create a warm, professional, and well-coordinated experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day front desk activities, including patient registration and appointment scheduling
Welcome and attend to patients and visitors, responding to inquiries with clear and accurate information
Maintain well-organised records and filing systems
Facilitate smooth communication between patients and the appropriate departments
Supervise and support front desk staff to ensure efficient operations
Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence in a timely manner
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing or coordinating a team
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must reside in or around the Ikotun axis or nearby areas
