Job Overview

The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely dispatch of goods. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock levels and transactions.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff.
• Implement and maintain safety and security procedures within the store.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely supply of materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
