Job Overview
As a Senior Designer at Another Thing, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions that meet and exceed client objectives. You will lead design projects from ideation through to final delivery, collaborating closely with creative directors, account managers, and other team members to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for a variety of client projects, including branding, digital, and print collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
- Produce high-quality design assets, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing design direction and feedback.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior design role within an agency setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful design projects and a clear understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
