Job Overview
As a UI/UX Designer at Top Employer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and delivering exceptional user experiences across our diverse digital platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant and effective design solutions that delight our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and ensure feasibility.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
