Job Overview

The Remote Human Resource Officer will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and administrative support, all within a remote work environment. This individual will play a key role in cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with GHI’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding for remote and in-office positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant and supportive of a remote workforce.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Support employee development initiatives and performance management processes.
• Facilitate effective communication channels within the remote team.
• Assist with HR-related compliance and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
