Director of Finance and Administration – CDC Funded Health System Strengthening Activity (Nigeria)

Corus International is seeking an experienced Director of Finance and Administration to lead financial operations and administrative oversight for our CDC-funded Health System Strengthening Activity in Nigeria. Job Overview

The Director of Finance and Administration will manage all financial and administrative functions for the Nigeria-based health system strengthening program. This role ensures compliance with CDC and donor requirements while maintaining transparency and accountability across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budget development, management, and monitoring for the CDC-funded activity
• Ensure compliance with CDC regulations, USAID standards, and organizational policies
• Supervise accounting, payroll, and financial reporting functions
• Manage procurement and vendor relationships
• Lead human resources and administrative operations
• Conduct internal audits and prepare financial statements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years of experience managing budgets for international development programs
• Proven experience with CDC or USAID-funded activities
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
