Job Overview
The Night Duty Manager will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of Philban Nigeria’s activities during overnight hours. This includes supervising staff, addressing immediate operational challenges, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, thereby contributing to the smooth functioning of our consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night-time operational activities.
- Lead and support the night shift team, fostering a productive work environment.
- Respond to and resolve any emergent issues or client requests promptly.
- Ensure the security and safety of company premises and personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all night-time activities and incidents.
