Job Overview

The Provider Liaison Officer serves as a vital communication bridge between Anchor HMO and our network of healthcare providers across Ibadan. This position involves managing provider relationships, addressing concerns, processing claims efficiently, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
• Address provider concerns and resolve disputes promptly
• Process and monitor claims submissions and payments
• Conduct regular provider training on policies and procedures
• Monitor provider performance and compliance with standards
• Coordinate between providers and internal departments
• Generate reports on provider performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• 2+ years experience in healthcare or HMO operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license
