Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Product Design will lead and mentor a team of talented designers, responsible for the end-to-end design process of Binance.US’s product offerings. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex user needs and business objectives into elegant, user-friendly solutions that enhance engagement and trust across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Define and champion the product design vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Oversee the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain design systems and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Present design concepts and strategies to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading design teams.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, UX/UI design, and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of user research techniques and ability to translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
