Job Overview

This role involves driving brand awareness and market penetration for Transsion Holdings’ diverse range of mobile devices. Marketing Representatives will execute campaign strategies, while Marketing Supervisors will lead teams, develop marketing plans, and oversee their implementation to achieve sales targets and enhance brand loyalty within the Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage and execute promotional activities and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• (For Supervisors) Lead, mentor, and motivate a marketing team to achieve objectives.
• (For Supervisors) Oversee budget allocation and resource management for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics or mobile industry.
• (For Supervisors) Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
