Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Australian Privacy Act compliance and broader APAC privacy regulations
• Draft and review privacy policies, terms of service, and data handling agreements
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses
• Support regulatory inquiries and data breach response protocols
• Provide guidance on cross-border data transfer arrangements

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Australia with proven privacy law expertise
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and regional privacy frameworks
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
