Job Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate management of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory integrity, optimizing storage, and facilitating smooth distribution processes to meet the demands of our expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including regular stock checks and reconciliation.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance management.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Liaise with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely stock replenishment and dispatch.

Requirements
