Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of JustBrandIt Limited. This role requires a seasoned professional who can drive financial strategy, ensure fiscal health, and support the company’s continued growth and creative endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
• Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital structure.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
