Job Overview

The Legal Officer will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to Eclat HR and its clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Nigerian employment laws, labor regulations, and corporate governance standards while supporting our HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and draft employment contracts, policies, and HR-related legal documents
• Provide legal counsel on employment law matters and regulatory compliance
• Conduct legal risk assessments for HR processes and procedures
• Represent the organization in legal matters and disputes
• Stay updated on changes in Nigerian labor legislation and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support client advisory services with legal expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution
• Valid practicing certificate from the Nigerian Bar Association
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employment or corporate law
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
