iDICE Startup Bridge (Get $100k) – Growth Lab Accelerator Programme | Nigeria
Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE), a Federal Government of Nigeria programme implemented by the Bank of Industry, is opening applications for the Growth Lab, a 12-week hybrid accelerator under the iDICE Startup Bridge initiative. The programme is built for founders who have already launched an MVP and are ready to move from validation into structured scaling, with equity-based capital attached.
Programme Overview
Growth Lab combines structured learning, mentorship, and equity-based investment to help post-MVP startups strengthen their fundamentals and prepare for external investment. The 12 weeks run mostly virtual, with two weeks of in-person programming in Lagos covering strategy work, investor readiness, and founder collaboration. Flights, accommodation, and meals are covered for all in-person components.
Eligibility Criteria
- Founder or co-founder of a digital or tech-enabled startup
- Product is at post-MVP stage with strong market validation
- Evidence of traction: users, revenue, pilots, partnerships, or strong demand signals
- Business operating in Nigeria or targeting the Nigerian market
- Able to commit fully to the 12-week hybrid programme
- Willing to accept equity-based investment under programme terms
- Founder aged between 18 and 35
