Job Overview
The Nursing Educator will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive nursing education and training programmes. This role is critical in ensuring our nursing staff remain current with best practices and maintain the highest standards of professional competence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing curricula and training modules
- Conduct orientation programmes for new nursing staff

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid nursing registration with appropriate regulatory bodies
- Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
- Teaching or training experience in healthcare settings
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
