Job Overview

As Associate Manager-QA, you will oversee quality assurance processes for products manufactured at external facilities in India and China. Your expertise will ensure compliance with international standards while maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and protecting our reputation as a trusted healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit external manufacturing partners for quality compliance
• Develop and implement QA protocols aligned with WHO standards
• Conduct regular inspections and product testing
• Manage quality documentation and regulatory records
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners on continuous improvement
• Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• 5+ years QA experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare manufacturing
• Knowledge of WHO-GMP guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
