Job Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Managing appointment schedules, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages accurately.
• Handling patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Processing payments and managing the petty cash.
