Job Overview

The Business Developer will be instrumental in spearheading business growth for Alan & Grant in Nigeria. This position demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify lucrative commercial prospects, cultivate strong client relationships, and ultimately convert high-value leads into sustainable, profitable accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the advertising and media landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with Alan & Grant’s growth objectives in Nigeria.
• Identify and prospect new clients and market segments within the OOH and digital advertising sectors.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations to showcase Alan & Grant’s value proposition and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable terms and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the media, advertising, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering persuasive presentations.
