Job Overview

The Pharmacist Manager will supervise all pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of pharmacy staff while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer care and product quality across our integrated retail model.

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and best practices
• Oversee inventory management and stock control
• Deliver quality pharmaceutical consultation to customers

Requirements

• Valid pharmacy license and BPharm qualification
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations in Nigeria
