Job Overview

The Assistant General Manager (QSR Outlets) will be instrumental in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our QSR outlets. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of fast-paced food service environments, excellent leadership qualities, and a commitment to operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of QSR outlets.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
