Job Overview
The Social Media and Content Associate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content that reflects First Excelsia’s expertise in human resources and organisational development. This role is pivotal in building brand awareness, fostering client engagement, and establishing thought leadership within the Nigerian business community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
- Create compelling blog posts, articles, and whitepapers on HR and organisational development topics
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, timely posting schedules
- Monitor social media analytics and optimize content performance
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with consultants to develop case studies and success stories
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of social media management experience
- Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of HR or organisational development is advantageous
