Job Overview

The Senior UPS and Solar Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge power solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential clients across Nigeria. This position reports directly to the Power Division Manager and requires both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive project success and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer UPS and solar power systems tailored to client specifications
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of power solutions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems
• Manage engineering teams and mentor junior technicians
• Conduct site assessments and develop comprehensive project proposals
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience with UPS and solar systems
• Professional certifications in renewable energy or power systems
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
