This role is critical to maintaining our financial operations and supporting our continued growth trajectory.

Job Overview

The Account Officer will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate account maintenance across the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to support MCPL’s operational finance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile financial transactions and account entries
• Maintain accurate records of all financial activities and documentation
• Generate financial reports and statements for management review
• Monitor account balances and flag discrepancies promptly
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Liaise with internal departments regarding account inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven accounting experience (2+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• ICAN or ACCA certification advantageous
