Job Overview

As Regional Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance employee competencies and organizational performance across assigned regions. You will work collaboratively with departmental heads to identify training needs and ensure consistent skill development throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement regional training strategies aligned with company objectives
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop customized learning programs
• Deliver training sessions across sales, logistics, and haulage departments
• Monitor training effectiveness and measure program outcomes
• Mentor and support training coordinators at regional offices
• Maintain training records and generate performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• 5+ years experience in training and development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in training software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
