Job Overview

The National Fleet Monitoring Officer will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and optimizing the performance of our national fleet operations. This position ensures compliance with safety standards, maintenance schedules, and delivery timelines while leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet movements and vehicle performance in real-time
• Track fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle utilization rates
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Analyze fleet data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams on fleet issues
• Generate comprehensive performance reports and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in fleet management or logistics
• Proficiency with fleet tracking software and GPS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
