This role is critical to ensuring our team members are compensated accurately and timely while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Overview

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing, managing, and administering payroll activities for all employees. This position ensures accurate salary calculations, timely payments, and full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement
• Calculate deductions including taxes, pensions, and statutory contributions
• Maintain confidential payroll records and employee documentation
• Reconcile payroll accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare payroll reports and tax filings for regulatory agencies
• Liaise with HR on employee data updates and changes

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience in Nigeria
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and labour regulations
• Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
