Job Overview

The HR Lead will oversee all human resources functions for our Nigerian operations, serving as a strategic partner to senior management. You will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with local and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
• Foster organizational development and employee engagement programs
• Mentor and develop the HR team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of HR leadership experience in Nigeria
• Expert knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation
• Proven track record in recruitment and talent management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in multi-sector environments preferred
