Job Overview
The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across all Bukka Hut locations. This role ensures optimal stock levels, minimizes waste, and supports operational efficiency through meticulous tracking and reporting of all materials and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all food items, beverages, and supplies
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare inventory reports and analysis for management review
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage ordering processes
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize losses
- Track expiration dates and ensure proper stock rotation
Requirements
- Proven inventory management experience in the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
