WASH & RRM Coordinator

Solidarités International seeks a dedicated WASH & RRM Coordinator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Job Overview

The WASH & RRM Coordinator will oversee water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs alongside Resilience and Risk Management (RRM) activities. You will coordinate program implementation, monitor project outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational standards while supporting communities in restoring their livelihoods and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement WASH and RRM programs across project locations
• Monitor program performance and collect data for reporting purposes
• Coordinate with local partners, government agencies, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Solidarités International policies and humanitarian standards
• Support capacity-building initiatives for community resilience
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (public health, engineering, or humanitarian studies)
• Minimum 3 years of WASH or humanitarian program experience
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages preferred
• Ability to work in dynamic, challenging environments
