Job Overview

The Pump Attendant will be responsible for dispensing fuel to customers, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe service station environment. This role is crucial to delivering Fatgbems’ commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense petroleum products to customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate the fuel pumps and related equipment safely and correctly.
  • Process customer payments and provide correct change.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding fuel types and services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the forecourt and surrounding areas.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/GCE).
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Previous experience as a pump attendant is an advantage.
