Job Overview

The Clients and Technical Officer will serve as a crucial link between our valued clients and Agricare Std Plus Ltd, providing expert veterinary advice, technical support, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will leverage your veterinary expertise to address client needs and contribute to the success of their agricultural endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert veterinary consultation and technical support to clients.
  • Conduct farm visits to assess animal health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Educate clients on best practices in animal husbandry, disease prevention, and product usage.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and technical assessments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and promote our product portfolio.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and animal science.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Registered Veterinary Doctor with the Veterinary Council of Nigeria.
  • Proven experience in clinical veterinary practice, preferably within the livestock sector.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria.
