Job Overview

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors, clients, and staff. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a meticulous approach to administrative tasks, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, managing inquiries and taking messages accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Provide basic administrative support to the office.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and a friendly disposition.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
