Job Overview
The Offshore Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for the efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of offshore projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of offshore operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of offshore project execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential risks.
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project flow.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication channels.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards for offshore operations.
Facilitate effective resource allocation and logistical support for offshore activities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Co-ordinator or similar role within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically with offshore projects.
Strong understanding of offshore operational procedures and safety protocols.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent experience.
