Job Overview

This program is designed to identify and cultivate emerging talent within Carpa Healthcare. Graduate Trainees will gain comprehensive exposure to various facets of our operations, participating in structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on project work. The goal is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary for impactful roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in rotational assignments across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Administration.
  • Support project teams with research, data analysis, and implementation tasks.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops.
  • Contribute to team meetings and present findings and recommendations.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.

    • Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria or abroad.
