Job Overview

The Business Development & Operations Officer will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes. This position requires a proactive individual with a blend of commercial acumen and operational excellence to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and optimize internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Kontz Engineering Limited’s market reach.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee and streamline operational processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines and resource allocation effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and/or operations management.
  • Strong understanding of the security industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
