Job Overview
The Medical Officer / Practice Manager will oversee all clinical operations and administrative functions related to our HIFU and comprehensive Women’s Health services. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional patient care standards, managing practice staff, and contributing to the strategic growth of these specialized service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct medical care and consultation for HIFU and women’s health conditions.
- Manage and mentor clinical and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee patient scheduling, record-keeping, and billing processes.
- Contribute to service line development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current practicing license.
- Specialization or significant experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Proven experience in practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical record management systems.
- Knowledge of HIFU procedures is highly desirable.
